Maintain Regular Dental Visits Even With Dentures

Dentures at George A. Hoop, DDS, PA | Fort Myers & Naples, FL Dentist

If you have dentures or will be getting them soon, call George A. Hoop, DDS at 239-734-7737 to set up a routine visit with us every six months for a general dentistry check-up and some professional advice on how to care for them properly so they’ll last.

For your convenience, we have a Naples, FL location and a Fort Myers, FL location. You can visit either to get a variety of dentures, including:

  • Traditional full-arch ones held in place by adhesive
  • Partials
  • Temporaries
  • Fulls or partials held in place by dental implants

No matter whether you’re missing a few teeth or you want a full-mouth reconstruction, we have you covered!

We accept a variety of payment options, including third-party financing from companies like CareCredit who often offer interest-free options. We also have our own in-house Direct Dental Savings Plan. If you choose to enroll, we’ll give you 30 percent off on various dentures options and some other discounted services as well.

Keep Your Mouth & Your Dentures In Great Shape With Our Help

If you have replacement teeth, you may assume that you don’t need to worry as much about taking care of them, but you’d be sorely mistaken. Replacement teeth can be very durable and long-lasting, but only if you maintain optimum oral hygiene habits. We’ll provide professional tips on caring for your replacement teeth so you’ll know what to do.

But you can’t care for your replacement teeth all on your own. Even if you’ve lost all of your natural teeth you should still see us every six months for a routine check-up on both your mouth and your false teeth.

For one thing, we can help you avoid slippery dentures by checking to see that they still fit you properly. If you need any adjustments, we can let you know so you can give your replacement teeth a secure hold again and never fear them falling out or slipping.

We can also tell you if your replacement teeth have become damaged or weakened in some way and may even be able to fix them in our office. Just like your natural teeth, you want to catch issues early so we can address them as quickly and simply as possible.

Routine dental cleanings and exams are also important, even when you’ve lost many or all of your teeth because we’ll still help you maintain your oral health. For example, even if you’ve lost all of your chompers, you still have your gums and need to keep them healthy. If we detect any issues, we may recommend a periodontal treatment of some kind.

Don’t assume that your oral health is a lost cause. We can help you take great care of your mouth and your replacement chompers so you can maintain and maybe even improve your quality of life. We offer several highly convincing options for replacing your teeth in two convenient locations.

To confirm that you’re doing all you should to take care of your dentures, book a visit at George A. Hoop, DDS today. Call 239-734-7737, visit one of our offices in person when we’re open, or use our online form to book or ask a question anytime.
